condition = if checked = closed; if empty = Open

Customer master list has a column that can be seen whether it is closed for a transaction or open and it is reflected in the customer checkbox

a. If "Close"
- when customer is OVER CL OR OVER DUE
- Customer name wont appear in SALES - ADD - CUSTOMER DROP-DOWN

b. IF "Open"
- Customer name will appear inSALES - ADD - CUSTOMER DROP-DOWN
